The Rotary Club of Napier has been involves in several local Hawke's Bay projects, including:
- Rotary Pathway
- Veronica Sun Bay
- Playground on Marine Parade
- Pirimai Playground
- Street collections for local charities
- Mission Concert car parking fund raiser
- A celebration of Women in Rotary for 30 years High Tea and fund raiser
- Blood Pressure campaign
Youth and education programmes
- Outward Bound - our club sponsors more people than any other club in New Zealand
- Science Summer Schools - Rotary sponsors these summer schools each year in Hamilton and Auckland and our club sponsors local school year 12 students to attend.
- International Youth Exchange - provides an opportunity for high school students to study overseas at a foreign high school for one year - incoming and outgoing students
- Group Study Exchange - this is a reciprocal programme for a group of four or five outstanding non-Rotarians to visit another country under the guidance of Rotary - they are hosted by local clubs there and visit sites related to their professions, and in return a group visits New Zealand from the country visited.
